Day 14: Proudest moment.
I don’t about “proudest” moment, because as I’ve said before, I’m really terrible about ~memories. I remember events with a little prompting, but I’m not very good at remembering things on my own. I can recall recent happenings, but even my short-term memory is lamentable, tbqh.
I got my first driver’s permit last month, and I was pretty proud of finally passing that particular milestone, since I’d been putting it off for over a decade. I was also really proud of myself (and Paul, who helped A LOT) for cleaning out most of my old room in VA and turning it into a bedroom for my mom as her Christmas present.
Uh. What else? I was proud of being promoted from Administrative Assistant to a Program Coordinator at my current job, and before that I was quite proud of how I moved up the ranks and became a Books-A-Million AGM (assistant general manager). In the past, I was also frequently proud of my academic achievements (papers, presentations, professor recognition, etc.).
